Who sells

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record: it is the seller of the order, takes the payment, charges and remits VAT, and issues your invoice under its own buyer terms. IndieCrafts IE provides Mediterranea and its support.

Product and price

Mediterranea is a digital download: 54 colour-theme settings, each with Framed or Flat window bars where the app supports them, for 21 editors, terminals and apps, with an installer. The price is shown before you pay, all taxes included, as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Delivery

Your download link and licence key appear as soon as the payment is confirmed and are sent to you by email. The installer activates the licence once per computer — up to 5 of your own — and then works offline; mediterranee deactivate frees a computer for another one.

Right of withdrawal

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right once the download begins (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28 13°).

Legal guarantee of conformity

Mediterranea must work as described. If it doesn't, write to support@indiecrafts.dev: we will bring it into conformity, or you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund, under the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (French Consumer Code, art. L224-25-12 and following). This guarantee applies in addition to, and is not limited by, the licence.

Disputes

Please contact us first so we can find a solution. If that fails, you may refer the dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge — see the approved mediators listed at economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence.

What this site collects

• No cookies of our own, no analytics. The site doesn't track you. The Lemon Squeezy checkout script it loads may use cookies when you open the checkout, under Lemon Squeezy's own policy.
• Your chosen setting is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the page remembers it. It never leaves your device.
• Hosting. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type for that purpose.
• Fonts. The site's typefaces are served from this site; no third-party font service is involved.

When you buy

Lemon Squeezy processes your order and payment data as merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details needed to deliver and support your purchase (name, email, country, order number) and keep them for as long as the law requires for sales records.

When you install

The installer sends your licence key and a device label (for example “Mac · 2026-09-30”) to our licence server, a Cloudflare Worker, which checks it with Lemon Squeezy and returns the themes. We don't store your key: the server's logs keep only a short one-way fingerprint of it, with the date and result, for a few days, to stop abuse. Your key and activation also stay on your computer, in ~/.config/mediterranee.

When you write to us

We use your messages only to answer you and keep them for up to 3 years after our last exchange.

Transfers

Cloudflare and Lemon Squeezy may process data outside the EU, under appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to support@indiecrafts.dev. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Mediterranea is licensed, not sold: a lifetime, personal licence to use it on the computers you own. No resale or redistribution. Mediterranea is a visual comfort tool, not a medical device.
